I love using the max pads at night as I love sleeping on my belly. With these Maxi pads I don’t have to worry about leaking. I also use them when I work ( I work in a school) because I don’t have many opportunities to go to the bathroom and change.

Amazing absorbency so I don’t have to worry about my sheets overnight even when tossing and turning! They’re thick but not uncomfortable. The breathability isn’t great but for overnight protection on heavy days I’m okay with that!

When my cycle was really bad and heavy, these were not strong enough on the absorbant factor (needed to wear tena pants). But now that my flow is lighter these are helpful. I wish the sticky bit went all the way from front to back and maybe a little wider as a lot of movement in my sleep makes the pad move.

These are my favorite pads. I have a really heavy flow and these are the best in making sure that I don't have any accidents. Yes, they may feel bulky but thats what makes them the best. They are so thick, and it absorbs everything. The thin ones can only absorb so much.

The only brand i use it fits perfectly in the panty line and i'm xl girlie. These pads are not odor controlled it a non scented pad so you'll need to spray yourself with perfume.

If you’re looking for leak protection at night then this is for you! If you want to sleep comfortably and not have to worry about leaking (especially during those days where your flow is heavier) then this is perfect! I don’t use these as much but when I was younger and had more anxiety about my period and sleeping through the night these really came in clutch.

These purple pads have been the only thing I can rely on for YEARS. I still continue to buy these because they work the best for my flow, and I’ve always double up on these for maximum security + less leakage. I haven’t switched to another brand because this is the best product for me (besides the period underwear by always!). If they could make this version without chemicals etc, I’d be even more sold.

Listen, those first few nights? If I woke up in a scene that looked like a low-budget horror film, it would be game over for my mental state and my sheets. Always Maxi Size 5 Overnight Pads are the MVPs I didn’t know I needed. They hold it down—literally—without leaks, weird scents, or discomfort. I’m not always the most proactive when half-asleep (read: lazy but adaptable), so I need something foolproof. These are it.
